Shaanxi Komatsu Spare Parts Sales Co. Ltd. (SKC) supplies new, rebuilt and used heavy machinery equipment, components and parts. We ship worldwide from Xi'an, China. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized dealer of Caterpillar or Cummins. Manufacturer names and part numbers appear on this site for identification only.
Prices and quotes
Prices shown on this site, where shown, are indicative and exclude freight, duty and taxes. A quote is valid only in writing from us, for the period it states, and becomes a sale only when both sides confirm in writing.
Availability
Stock moves. A listing on this site is not a reservation. We confirm availability, condition and lead time when we quote.
Condition and warranty
New, reman, rebuilt, used and core are described on each listing. Unless a written warranty is stated for the specific unit, parts are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any manufacturer or rebuilder warranty that exists passes through on its own terms.
Fitment information is informational
Fitment and cross-reference information comes from published sources and our own records. It is provided for information only and is not a guarantee that a part fits your machine, since fitment can vary by serial range and configuration. Confirm the machine model and serial with us before you commit to a number.
Shipping and title
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, goods ship from Xi'an, China, on the Incoterms named in the quote. Export documents, packing and freight are arranged as the quote states. Risk and title pass as those terms provide.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKC's total liability arising out of any sale or use of this site is limited to the amount you paid us for the transaction in question, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including downtime and lost profits.
